To create more space without major construction interventions. And get more user comfort out of every room. Allow both rooms on the ground floor to better come into their own to be able to enjoy more of the total space.

An analysis of the spaces showed that removing a dominant hearth, closing one passage and pouring out another was the answer for the ground floor.
The redesign of the eat-in kitchen and the creation of a generous connection between the living room and kitchen has allowed for optimised functionality, and the atmosphere in the house has also been given an enormous boost.
The bedrooms are more enjoyable and functional owing to the redesign of the spaces and the creation of new connections.

The perception of space and comfort has completely changed. In their new capacity, the hall and stairwell function as a connecting factor between the floors.
