The open kitchen, with its cooking island, is centrally placed in the living space and has a fireplace that provides an unexpected view of the walk-in closet. The elevated area, which is closed off from the central living space by large glass fronts, provides space for the gym and main bedroom. Adjacent to the main bedroom is a large luxury bathroom with a jacuzzi.
