The combination of listening, brainstorming, looking for solutions together and also finding them ensures that projects can be completed in such a way that the end users are really satisfied. I enjoy coordinating internal and external construction projects with great attention and care. The fact that this is done in a pleasant and unforced way makes work so much more enjoyable. And the fact that I only deal with beautiful projects makes it so much more interesting.
